Dear Patrons of DLT,
Start planning ahead for the Holiday Season. This year Dominical is really getting in the spirit. You've heard the rumors and now you know it's true … That's right. It's time to:
SUBMIT YOUR ACT to our 1st annual
Dominical Little Christmas Show!
v This will be a variety show. All types of talent & entertainment will be considered.
v 3 – 10 minute acts in English and in Spanish are encouraged.
v A Christmas or holiday theme and/or holiday attire is recommended.
v Performance dates will be Dec. 17 th, 20th, and 22nd at Hotel Roca Verde.
v If you or someone you know is interested in participating as an "act," please call or visit in person with one of the people listed below.
v OR: simply reply to this email with the particulars of your proposed act as detailed below.
v You may also volunteer to help with other aspects of the show by contacting us!

To SUBMIT YOUR ACT by email, we need:
v Your Name
v Contact Telephone & Email
v Description of Act (include details such as name of song, props, accompaniment, brief description of costumes, stage space required, any special set-up needs, length of act, language performed in, and how it ties in with the holiday theme)
v Names of any other people in the Act.

Here's More Important Details:
v Acts are responsible for their own costumes, make-up, and props. In addition, they are responsible for getting the Act together.
v Key Dates:
1. Sept. 15: Selected Acts will be contacted
2. Nov. 15 – 30: Your Act will be performed for a Review Committee
3. Dec. 11 – 15: Tech Week: Run-through of complete Program with costumes & make-up, including Sound & Lighting
4. Dec. 17, 20, 22: Show Performances
