My name is Vanessa Hollander Leiva, and I am part of the Vesta Group and Coldwell Banker Costa Rica team. My role is very hands on. I work as a Showing Agent and Administrative Assistant, helping clients with property showings while also supporting our agents and internal team with the many details that come up every day. Over the years, I have developed a real interest in real estate and enjoy being involved in both the client experience and the behind-the-scenes work that keeps everything moving.
I especially enjoy the personal side of real estate. I like meeting new people, getting to know what they are looking for, showing them different properties and communities, and helping them feel comfortable throughout the process. I know that looking for a home or property in Costa Rica can be unfamiliar for many clients, so I try to be someone they can easily talk to, ask questions of, and rely on.
I live in Playa Dominical with my family, and Costa Rica is very much home for me. I know the lifestyle, communities, and culture firsthand, and I enjoy sharing that perspective with people considering making Costa Rica part of their lives.
Outside of work, I love cooking, dancing, spending time with my family and friends, and being involved with the people around me. I am naturally social, organized, and someone who likes to help. Whether I am working with a client, assisting one of our agents, or helping internally with the team, I am usually happiest when I can step in and make things a little easier for everyone.
