New Flights to Costa Rica Launched by Air France

According to a recent news release, Air France will launch a new route, taking passengers from Paris to San Jose, Costa Rica. The reputable airline carrier maintains company headquarters in Tremblay-en-France, just north of Paris. Air France serves multiple destinations within France, as well as passenger and cargo services to 168 destinations spread out over 93 countries.

The Costa Rica flights include twice-weekly operations that depart from Paris-Charles de Gaulle at 1:45 p.m. and arrive at the Juan Santamaria International Airport in San Jose at 6:15 p.m. on the same day. For outbound flights, Air France will have flights leaving at 8:35 p.m. and arriving the following day into Paris at 1:50 p.m.

Air France will offer air transportation on a Boeing 777-300, which is designed to accommodate 468 passengers. Included are 422 economy seats, 32 premium seats, and 14 seats in the business class section of the aircraft.

Because of an improved partnership with Copa Airlines, a Central American airline carrier, customers of Air France will now have the opportunity to fly into San Jose, Costa Rica. As part of the partnership with Copa Airlines, the two daily flights offered by Air France are on a code-share basis.
