Prague National Ballet to Return to Costa Rica

In 2013, members of the Prague National Ballet received a warm welcome when they performed in Costa Rica. During two shows held during the month of August, fans of ballet can once again enjoy the group's stunning performances. Created in 1883, the Prague National Ballet has since become recognized around the world for their tremendous talent.

The group of 14 dancers will perform a variety of show extracts during their return to Costa Rica, including Romeo and Juliet, Raymonda, Don Quijote, Diana and Acteon, and Esmerelda. When the group performed last May, audiences were captivated by shows such as Sleeping Beauty, Copelia, Guiselle, and The Lake of the Swans.

Reflecting a variety of dance styles, including neoclassical, classical, contemporary, romantic, and modern, the Prague National Ballet executes each of these styles in a completely professional manner with a distinct focus on movement.

According to a spokesperson from the Interamerican Productions, the group will present their show to the public on August 17 and 18 in Costa Rica. Tickets became available on July 17 and can be purchased at www.specialticket.com. Tickets range in price between ¢16.500 y ¢46.500.
