Please be advised that internet service is temporarily unavailable. We are actively working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.

Additionally, please note that construction is in progress at Become Nosara. To mitigate any inconvenience, we are offering a discounted rate. During your stay, you may encounter construction workers and noise. If you have any questions or concerns about this, please feel free to reach out to us.

Property Management & Concierge Services
Our property manager is on-site every day from 8 am to 5 pm. For emergencies outside of these hours, assistance is available from 5 pm to 8 am.

We provide complimentary guest services and concierge assistance to elevate your stay. Whether you're interested in surf lessons, ATV tours, arranging rental cars, or hiring a private chef, we're here to tailor your perfect itinerary.

Security:
Although Nosara is a fantastic community, petty theft can be a concern in tourist areas. Your safety is our top priority, and we're here to offer guidance to help minimize risks during your visit. For added peace of mind, we can arrange security guard services at an extra cost.

Utilities & Wildlife:
Please note that utility infrastructure in the jungle may be unpredictable, resulting in occasional power, phone, and internet service outages. During rainstorms, we advise disconnecting electronics as a precaution. Additionally, encounters with jungle creatures are possible, although we strive to keep the environment clean and well-maintained.

Refunds & Insurance:
Please be aware that refunds are not offered for natural disasters, water or internet outages, security breaches, personal property losses, or noise from nearby construction. We strongly advise guests to purchase travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.
