Located 300 – 350 meters above sea level in a mountainous area with a warm climate and a lot of breeze where we have the beach just 20 minutes away and the city of San Isidro 35 minutes away, the farm is about 5 minutes from the main road but far enough so you dont have to deal with the trucks noise. This farm is one of the last properties on the street where it is located, so privacy and security are very high.

This beautiful farm has been used to raise cattle so it has many areas in pasture with natural flat areas to build, plant or reforest. Besides, it has a good portion of mountains and trees distributed through the 7 springs that help the ecosystem of the place and where you can find small waterfalls and water pools

The place can be reached with any type of vehicle, electricity is available and water is produced by the farm. At the lower edge of the farm passes the beautiful Guabo river that has a considerable size and without the possibility of affecting the farm.
